Lee & Bosh are way better the Hakim Warrick and Ty Thomas put together. So hopeful Ty Thomas will step up his game so we wont have to pick up Lee or Bosh.

If they trade him they need to receive a player of his caliper but the ones I am hearing are not. So if there willing to trade him for a player that hasn’t proven himself then why would you trade a player from your own team that you feel is not reaching potential. Why trade someone who is an A for a C-. I would love to have a big man inside but not at the cost of loosing one of our key players.

He’s a cheap low post scorer. Granted that’s all he can do but at least he’s healthy, young and cheap. Warrick for president!

We are young and truely unproven (except the playoff series with Boston) but with a few players like Thomas stepping up we could be a playoff team again this year. I don’t want to see us trade away anouther player that is on the verge of meeting his expectation to only see anouther team profit from our impatience.

You complain about Thomas yet you want to make a deal with the same team that you did when you acquired him to begin with. I think Portland is licking their lips at seeing this coming. Bulls need to stop being suckers and let this one go. Kirk is a solid player. When he signed his deal wasn’t he a starter. now he is a solid backup to Rose. If a deal comes along that will make the Bulls better, go for it. This deal does no such thing. Stay away from any deals with Portland. They see you coming.

Plus I don’t know if Boozer is the answer for what Chicago need as a good low post tread player because of his lack of injures he gets in every season, missing 40% games. Right now if I was the Bulls GM I would stick with the lineup I got right now and test them out and see how they play together. If it doesn’t work out during the half of the season them i would make a trade for a good PF player like David Lee or some else. Remember almost every team in the NBA makes a big trade moves during the deadline. For example when the Bulls pick-up: J. Salmons and B. Miller.

They only have to send Hinrich to Portland, get Boozer from Utah, and Portland ships Outlaw to Utah. the Bulls add a minimum salary to the deal.

Utah needs luxury tax relief, so they need Portlands cap space. Portland supposedly likes and needs Hinrich.

The Bulls are still the wild card. Do we absolutley need to get rid of Hinrichs contract for 2010, that is the question. If the answer is yes, then this deal makes some sense. Tyrus won’t be happy with Boozer on board, and we will be deathly thin at guard.

I am ambivalent about this deal, but I definately would not do a deal that included both Tyrus and Hinrich.
