Carlos Boozer: Back at practice

According to John Jackson of the Chicago Sun-Times, Carlos Boozer returned to practice on Sunday. His right hand — which was so famously broken before the season started — was heavily wrapped. And Boozer didn’t go full-contact.

Said Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau: “He can do some running up and down the court, close outs, but he can’t handle the ball yet. But he’s doing a lot of the non-contact stuff”

I’ll be happier when Boozer can actually shoot a basketball again…but it’s a minor relief to know he’s practicing again. At least he can work on his conditioning and timing.

When Carlos returns to the Court the Bulls should run a promotion:

Bulls Tote Bag Day. Free tote bags to the first 1,000 through the doors.

    Inside; an ace bandage.

I wonder what his body fat percentage is now after taking that time off…

He’d better still be in game shape. A broken hand doesn’t affect your ability to run or jump one iota.

    @ Joe –
Just don’t put the tote bags in front of the doors for the fans… We don’t want any people tripping and getting injured.
