Norm

Prepare for an astoundingly epic sad face. From Chicago Tribune’s breaking news: “Former Bulls player and broadcaster Norm Van Lier died this afternoon, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office. He was 61. Fire personnel responded to a request to check up on him at his apartment in the 1100 block of West Madison Street when he was found unresponsive, according to the Chicago Fire Department.”

Details to come.

  3. That is a shame- I really did enjoy his post-game analysis with Kendall Gill; those guys were a great team and Stormin’ Norm was one of very few people who could still be cool at age 61.

His death and Kerr’s absence have left a huge hole in the Chicago Bulls’ broadcasting team.
