I bet you didnt have 24 hr rehab, icing, phsysio, ultrasound and electrical stimulation when you sprained your ankle though Dave?

The medical staff of NBA teams really dont get anywhere near the recognition they deserve for getting these athelets back on their feet as quickly as they do.

The fact that most NBA players are finely tuned machines with awesome physical fitness doesnt hurt either.

Lets do our part and keep our fingers crossed for the return of a fully strength BG.

GO BULLS!

Ben has been awesome, but I think even if he is in a diminished role he can give some good minutes and Rose can pick up the slack like he did in game 1.

He'll play. I'm sure he'll be all cortizoned up and might need rehab/a new hamstring after the postseason because of it, but he'll play.

By the way- how the hell do these guys do it? Rondo sprained an ankle and didn't miss a freakin' beat. I sprained my ankle in college playing basketball and I was out of the game for 6 goddamned weeks and it was AGONIZING- my ankle swelled to the size of a small cantaloupe and wasn't 100% for a few months. What kind of horse-tranquilizers are they giving these pro athletes that they come back so fast from sprained knees and pulled groins and things that hobble us mortal men for weeks and weeks?? Am I the only one who wonders about this?
