Rose needs to cut down on turnovers and increase assists. He also needs to figure out how to get more free throws. He needs to show he can consistently hit the three, but he also needs to get threes the old-fashioned way, by taking it hard to the basket. He needs to initiate contact when the other player is in the air and still get a decent shot off.

He’s doing well with Team USA but he hasn’t put up superstar stats like Durant or (in limited minutes) Love. He isn’t much better than some of the other guards on the team.

He’s still young, though, and he has apparently improved over last year. So far, he’s heading in the right direction.

To all the haters and the LBJ lovers do you see this if not let me say it here is my middle finher to you and the heat I am not hating just sick of hearing about a team that has never played a game together let alone has no size on there team outside of the three of them the rest of the team is average at best now lets put this out for what it is one gets jurt every season maybe two D wade and C bosh now take those two off and the team went from those three to him and the rest so yes I cannot wait to hear the boo.s that say it was a waste of money and to hear one if not all of them say this was a mistake the years salery cap is only gonna get smaller for them ther fore the players they can gey will only be worse no one is taking a pay cut to win a title keep Dreamin Pat riely yeah keep that dream alive the players that come will be old or no one wants them less one turns out to be better than he was b5 but that is a reach too so bring on the big three or may I call it right the ones that could not do it by themself or is aboe average players coming togwthwr on D wades team big PR hit LBJ Chris bosh your career is on the line big time now if you dont win there you are failures period winners wanna play against the best not play together bad choice for you all well no worries you still got the bulls and they will do more than give ya a run for your money got it , Peace

inkybreath, I agree, Asik has played well, Turkey has played 2 quality teams in Russia and Greece and Asik has contributed. Just don’t have him on the floor in tight situations. He my help the Bulls more this season than I originally thought.

Let the facts speak for themself
1) there is only like two other point guards in the league that can be mentioned in D Rose company Chris Paul and D Williams.
2) D Rose is if not the quickest one of the quickest guards in the league.
3) The bulls no longer need to look for a go to guy Rose has shown that in the games played this summer he welcomes the challenge he is a true baller.
4) The bulls today have the best team since MJ and scottie which means only good things can come in the near future.
5) Finally these young but talented and strong bulls have what you only can have inside it cannot be coached up that is a killer instinct which will show from day one of this up coming season.
6) To those that are not sure D Rose is a beast a superstar and a game changer which means recognize him for who he is but yet a humble and hard working Kid whom only wants to get better to help his team win great head on his shoulders his Mom and family did and are doing a great job keeping him level headed and focused not letting this effect him or his game in nothing but a positive way wtg Rose family wtg and to you D Rose just be you and do your thing on the court and be the man you are off the court thanks can’t wait for the season to start, got my popcorn ready its gonna be a great show . What Rose is doing in international play will carry over to his NBA and I hope the same goes for Deng. Rose isn’t putting up superstar stats but he’s doing what needs to be done to win. And like Matt McHale said, Rose’s speed and quickness is super unfair and he’s going to light the NBA up come Oct. I wouldn’t be suprised when 2012 come and Team USA is built around Rose and Durant and not Lebron, Wade, and Kobe.

@Savage – the term is prima donna (Italian for first lady). But we knew what ya meant, lol.
