Bob,
Did you borrow my voicebox? I think Brad will get his well deserved dues.

Matt,
I wanted to share my Purdue All Time NBA 4-man team. Brad Miller, Brian Cardinal, Joe Barry Carroll, and Glen 'Big Dog' Robinson. This team has Lightning quick speed, out-of-this-world athletisism, and jump-out-of-the-gym hops... Kidding aside, some great players with excellent basketball IQ's and a 'heart and soul' for the game. Let me know some 'Honorable Mentions' please.

I do hope that the Bulls resign Brad Miller. He provides valuable PT and is an excellent coach on the court. I think he is far more valuable to the Bulls than Lindsay Hunter. The development of Noah and Gibson are partly attributable to Brad. Hopefully the Bulls will offer him more than the minimum and do not insult him.

"I love seeing some recognition for Brad!"

And I like giving it to him. Of course, like Brad, I'm a former Boilermaker, so that lends itself to a certain amount of bias. But even then, Miller's a dude who went UNDRAFTED out of Purdue but caught on with a team (the Charlotte Hornets) and has managed to hang around for 11 seasons (and going).

And he's done more than just hang around. Brad was an All-Star twice, once in both Conferences. He has a diverse set of skills and a really high basketball IQ. Compare his career to, say, Kwame Brown, a guy who went FIRST OVERALL in the NBA draft.

I love seeing some recognition for Brad! He is a solid player, and has taught Noah and Taj the art of passing and position. I see it sooo much in games, especially with Noah (when he was playing at a high level). I think this guy is a coach in a uniform for some of these guys - similar to Hunter, but with PT. Yea, he's slow, but there are only 24 seconds on the shot clock? Give the old man a break... "3 hours drive to the hoop till his 60?" He has one of the most practical head fakes in the NBA, what sets hime apart is his cleverness (and Hitting a few 3's).

Brad Miller can do his top of the key pump fake then an ensuing 3 hours drive to the hoop till his 60. The bulls would be dumb not to sign him back, he loves playing with Noah and could teach a crafty veteran new tricks. Seriously, when I think of a word crafty veteran, I get a mental picture of Brad hitting a 3 and doing that thing he does.

Had no clue who he was when he got drafted. I laughed at his vertical (lol), laughed even harder when he made it to team usa, couldn't stand him in Sacramento but you can't argue his value. He earned his spot and respect here, and it doesn't even matter that he pulled a Shaq and took half a season to play him self into shape.

if Brad would come back for the leauge minimum or a little over maybe like 1yr 1.5 mil i'd love to have him back because hes still a very serviceable backup and with Taj playing great and maybe if Hakim stays for about another 2 mil a year on a 2 yr deal Brad won't have to play as much and can be fresh with rest during season to bang in playoffs with the likes of Shaq, D. Howard etc. wen Noah needs a rest all this im saying is with my prediction that we sign Bosh or Boozer (currently praying bout that daily) lol
